CONNECT Communities Saanich is seeking a People Resource Coach on the traditional land of the W̱SÁNEĆ people. This role focuses on supporting our Life Redesign Coaches, promoting CONNECT culture, and helping coaches navigate what comes up, search for solutions, and keep everyone talking and on the same page.
You’ll be a go‑to person for people issues, foster safety, inclusion and engagement, promote career development, and help teams maintain accreditation, licensing and workplace safety
