Position Overview
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets

Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay Range & Benefits
Anticipated Base Salary Range $48,300.00 to $72,500.00 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40‑hour work week. In addition, the company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education‑related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.

Additional incentive compensation programs may be available, including commission/bonus plans determined by the applicable plan guidelines at the time of hire.
