Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Supervisors on maintenance coordination
• Mentor junior staff in mechanical repair processes
• Ensure compliance with CGMP and safety guidelines
• Recommend equipment design changes as necessary
• Maintain knowledge of technological advancements

Requirements:
• Licensed in one or more of required trades
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar field
• Solid mechanical and machinery knowledge
• Familiar with electrical and pneumatic systems
• Effective communication and analytical skills
