Job Overview
We are currently seeking Sheet Metal Workers, both Apprentices and Journeymen, to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry and possess robust technical skills in sheet metal fabrication and installation. As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will work on a variety of projects, including commercial and residential buildings, and will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements and installation procedures

Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on sheet metal according to project specifications

Cut, shape, and bend sheet metal using hand and power tools

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products such as ducts, pipes, and fittings

Install sheet metal products according to building codes and safety regulations





Inspect and troubleshoot installed systems to identify and resolve any issues

Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth project completion

Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a Sheet Metal Worker apprenticeship program or equivalent experience as a Journeyman

Robust technical skills in sheet metal fabrication and installation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Proficient in using hand and power tools

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Safety‑oriented with a strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
