Role Overview:
As an HCM Extracts developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring HCM/ERP extracts to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, participate actively in team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
Develop and provide technical support for Oracle HCM/ERP integrations, extensions, and reports.
This role is based in our Local ATCs (Montreal/Toronto) and requires in office work 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM and OIC in an Integration role.
Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
English proficiency is required for communication with multi-national teams.
Bonus Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Build Management.
An Oracle Cloud certification.
Hands-on development experience in PL/SQL or Core Java.
Proficiency in HTML/Web-based development.
Experience with Python.
