In this role, you will be integral in providing clarity through the insurance claims process. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical, communication, and negotiation skills as well as knowledge of property insurance policies. Building robust client relationships is essential for success in this position, which includes managing complex claims and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive investigations, site visits, and interviews
• Evaluate insurance policies to assess coverage and limits
• Work with experts to analyze property damage and repair costs
• Negotiate settlements and handle claim denials effectively
• Create detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Adjuster license or relevant CIP designation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
• Background in construction or building knowledge preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Xactimate is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential
