Please note that the salary range listed above reflects the 2025/26 salary grid and will be updated for the 2026/27 school year. Compensation for this position will be prorated based on the 0.3 FTE.

About the Position
Richmond Christian School is seeking a Secondary Physical and Health Education Teacher (Grades 9–12) to join our Secondary Campus faculty.

This is a 0.3 FTE teaching position with a primary focus on delivering the Physical and Health Education curriculum. The role may also include supporting extracurricular athletics and school‑wide programming as needed.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate Physical and Health Education instruction while fostering students’ physical literacy, well‑being, and personal growth.



As part of a faith‑based school community, the teacher is expected to integrate Biblical Perspectives into teaching and support students in their spiritual development.

Education and Experience

Bachelor of Education (or equivalent)

Background in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field

Experience teaching Physical and Health Education at the secondary level is an asset

Experience supporting extracurricular athletics is an asset

BC‑certified teacher (or eligible for certification) preferred

Legal authorization to work in British Columbia
