Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Superintendent coordinates all phases of residential builds. This role requires scheduling, planning, and controlling projects to meet budget and quality standards. Enjoy excellent support from our Estimating and Design Teams, ensuring a manageable workload with no warranty projects impacting your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise single-family home construction projects
• Plan and organize construction activities effectively
• Maintain accurate daily logs of site operations




• Schedule and oversee subcontractor and supplier activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in residential construction management
• Knowledge of construction equipment and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and iOS platforms
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driver’s abstract and Criminal Records Check
