This position also emphasizes resource planning and business development through strategic negotiation and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own project performance metrics across the Americas
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 120




• Manage senior-level client communications and relationship strategies
• Act in a Project Director capacity on key projects
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Requirements:
• Engineering degree from an accredited institution
• P.Eng. license in Ontario or equivalent province
• Over 15 years in mineral processing or related sectors
• Experience within EPCM project management
• Excellent skills in client relationship management
