Job Summary: Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman will be responsible for planning, scheduling, performing, directing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and assist technicians
Monitor shop efficiency, productivity and workmanship
Analyse and resolve customer relations
Schedule incoming work and dispatch technicians
Train technicians in job duties
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:




Solid commitment to employee morale / customer satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Computer literate
310T truck and coach license would be considered an asset
Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly to change
Self motivated team player
Committed to company health and safety

Pay: $35.00-$46.00 per hour

Experience
Supervisory: 5 years (preferred)
Mechanic: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
310 T (preferred)
