Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently as a host or hostess
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of guest service and hospitality
Assist in setting up and cleaning tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining space
Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients or assisting with food prep when needed
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless service flow
Uphold phone etiquette when handling reservations or guest inquiries via phone or online channels
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout all restaurant operations
Experience
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of restaurant procedures, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices is a plus
Familiarity with hotel or food service environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
