Windows Systems Administrator Montreal QC, Hybrid Contract Role The organization is looking for two senior system administrators specialized in Windows middleware environments in an Infrastructure as Code context. The resource will contribute to the administration, evolution and maintenance of the platforms supporting the development and production teams. She will play an key role in the stability, security and optimization of technological environments, while actively participating in the continuous improvement of practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, administer, maintain, and scale Windows middleware environments
Ensure system stability through monitoring and maintenance of scripts, pipelines, and processes
Carry out installations, updates and maintenance of user and server settings
Participate in technology linkage, deployment and implementation activities
Write procedures,



frameworks and technical best practices
Identify optimization opportunities and analyze technological impacts
Diagnose incidents, identify causes and carry out the necessary follow-ups
Participate in the evolution of technological practices and propose improvements
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams Requirements and qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
