We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer/Foreman to lead installation projects from start to finish. This dynamic role combines hands-on installation work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties
Lead and supervise installation team to ensure timely and accurate window and door installations across multiple projects
Utilize hand tools and power tools to install windows, doors, and related hardware with precision
Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure optimal insulation and durability
Conduct restoration work, including rebuilding, cutting in current RO's, shrinking RO's and interior finishing
Coordinate with owners to order materials, and troubleshoot on-site issues




Maintain a secure work setting by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations

Experience
Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, restoration, or general contracting projects
Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for window and door installation
Knowledge of caulking techniques, sealing methods, and weatherproofing standards
Prior leadership experience as a foreman or supervisor in construction or renovation projects is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to on-site challenges
