Job Duties:
Training and managing a staff of fewer than 10 per shift
Opening and closing facility
General cleaning
Financial responsibilities, such as reconciling the till and making deposits
Manage productivity, including setting staff performance goals and objectives
Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
