Key Responsibilities:
Execute initiatives for member-driven events and campaigns
Coach and guide stewards in unit meetings




Recruit member leaders for political engagement

Minimum three years in labor relations
Experience with collective agreement negotiation
Knowledge of grievance and arbitration processes
Solid analytical and conflict resolution skills
