Requirements
Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a strong understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and network security best practices.
Experience using ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy for incident management.
