Provide leadership consulting for sustained organizational change
Design leadership development programs aligned with priorities
Plan and coordinate leadership update meetings and forums
Develop necessary materials for leadership engagement Requirements:
Five years of experience in organizational effectiveness
Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
Master’s in Organizational Development or related areas preferred
