Your Current Role

The Junior Property Manager will manage a commercial portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet across Metro Vancouver, including office, retail, and industrial properties. You will support the portfolio’s day-to-day operations, administration, and overall performance while ensuring a seamless tenant experience.





The successful candidate will be working closely with the leasing and accounting teams and serving as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and site property teams.

What you’ll need to succeed
4+ years of experience as a Property Administrator, Junior Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager supporting commercial properties.
Experience using Yardi is an asset.
BCFSA License, or working towards, is considered an asset.
Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy Act.
A valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
