Under the supervision of the manager, helps coordinate store activities, ensures quality customer service and acts as a back-up when necessary, in addition to sales consultant duties.

Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, including two evening shifts per week.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Opening and closing of the boutique
Make sure to follow up on e-mails several times a day
Check that the websites are up to date several times a day
Replace the manager during vacation or illness
Able to make a decision in the event of a problem with a customer.
Be able to lead the team, take the lead, initiative even if the manager is on site-Act as a sales consultant
Provide customer service in-store, according to company standards




Participate actively in meeting the store's sales and productivity objectives
Collaborate on performance indicators (sales per transaction, units per transaction)
Keep abreast of market and competitive activities, events and information.
Is a resource person for the boutique team in the day-to-day management of activities and the resolution of customer service problems, particularly in the absence of the manager
All other tasks related to the smooth running of the business.
