Duties
Perform authentic Thai massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing techniques such as stretching, acupressure, and gentle manipulation.
Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their wellness goals to recommend appropriate massage therapies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in accordance with hygiene standards and safety protocols.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide post-treatment advice for continued wellness.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client feedback to ensure personalized care.
Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up care.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Thai massage therapist or similar role, with certification in traditional Thai massage techniques.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a relaxing and positive setting for clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatment procedures and address client concerns.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced wellness setting.
Certification from a recognized Thai massage training program is highly desirable.
