The role is available to candidates across Canada (except Quebec) and the US, with a hybrid work expectation of two in-office days weekly for local candidates. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategic design initiatives
Lead end-to-end design across multiple interfaces
Shape long-term vision through compelling storytelling
Strengthen design systems for consistency across products
Mentor fellow designers and uphold design quality Requirements:
8+ years in Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS
Exceptional UX design skills with proven systems thinking
Robust understanding of customer-centered design
Familiarity with AI-driven design experiences
