Business Development Manager
will focus on identifying current business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. Operating remotely within your region, this role demands strategic planning, market research, and active engagement in industry events to enhance the company’s presence and success.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business prospects: Research and target potential clients and partners to expand the company's market presence.
Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic plans: Work with marketing and sales teams to create initiatives that drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Negotiate contracts:



Secure agreements with clients and partners.
Track and report on activities: Monitor the outcomes of business development efforts and report progress.
Attend industry events: Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote the company.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in business development in OTA, sales, or a related role.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry.
Skills: Solid networking, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
