Shape the future of youth soccer in the GTA! We are looking for an enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach Manager to deliver quality coaching and enhance children’s experiences. In your role as a Youth Soccer Coach Manager, you will lead soccer sessions designed for children aged 18 months to 13 years and manage the associated coaching staff.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily operations, mentoring team members, and providing vital feedback that fosters a nurturing workplace for all players and families involved. Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging soccer coaching sessions tailored to age
Mentor and supervise a seasonal coaching team
Oversee day-to-day operations and setup for events
Deliver career development training for staff
Serve as the connection between coaches and management Requirements:
Experience with children aged 2–12 years is essential
Background in youth sports organizations is preferred
Passionate about working with young children and families
Organized and proactive in managing tasks
