The Business Operations Analyst will partner with internal stakeholders to document business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement changes to mitigate risks, reduce costs and enhance satisfaction.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Operations, you will support releases, UAT, and agile ceremonies while collaborating with finance, HR and technology teams.
