- Perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members
- Leading the implementation life cycle including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support
- Implement current Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIB's
- Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions
- Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
- 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
- Must have experience managing a team
- Must have experience using Studio
- Having experience with Orchestrate is a plus!
- Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provides appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs
- Deep expertise in one or more technical area of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM,



or Data Management solutions
- Experience coaching and leading technical staff members
- Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel
