Job Title – Lead BSA Snyk

Location – Remote (USA or Canada)

Role Type – Contract (6 months with potential extension)

Must Have Skills:

- Demonstrated expertise with Snyk, Veracode, and application security concepts
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise migration or transformation programs
- Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts across multiple workstreams
- Experience tracking enterprise migration progress, mitigating risks, and driving successful delivery
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills

Responsibilities and Job Details:





- Lead the Snyk onboarding factory supporting enterprise-wide migration from Veracode to Snyk
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts
- Track migration progress across multiple applications and workstreams
- Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure timely project execution
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks impacting migration timelines and deliverables
- Ensure quality, consistency, and successful completion of migration activities
- Prepare and present executive-level status reports, metrics, and program updates
- Communicate program progress and key milestones with senior stakeholders
- Manage escalations and remove blockers to maintain migration momentum
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to support successful application onboarding
- Drive strategic planning and execution for a complex enterprise security transformation initiative
