• Direct consolidation across 30+ legal entities
• Enhance close processes and implement automation
• Oversee external audit processes from initiation to completion




• Strengthen compliance and reporting for public markets
• Manage financial integration of current acquisitions
Requirements:
• CPA with a preference for Big 4 experience
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience driving IPO readiness and compliance
• Strong consolidation tool proficiency, especially with Vena
• Self-reliant and adept at solving technical accounting challenges
