In this role, you will lead the transformation from a siloed, tech-heavy environment to a unified, journey-centric ecosystem. You will be responsible for authoring and governing the Revenue Operations roadmap and managing the team responsible for its execution. Your mission is to ensure that our system design is perfectly aligned with the customer journey and the specific market segments we serve. You are a high-accountability leader who knows how to phase major architectural shifts so that they scale for the future without disrupting the day-to-day business of today. You must be a master of stakeholder management, capable of setting expectations with executive leadership while coaching a team of managers to deliver on complex, technical projects on time. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end RevOps strategic roadmap, defining vision, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and balancing priorities across Sales, Marketing, and Success.Lead the transition from fragmented systems to a unified architecture,
phasing major changes while maintaining operational stability.Design pragmatic short-term solutions to unblock teams while long-term systems are being implemented.Redesign GTM systems to create seamless data flow from initial lead to long-term expansion, breaking down departmental silos.Tailor technical architecture to support specific customer segments and penetration strategies.Audit the RevTech stack to remove redundancy and ensure measurable ROI from all platforms.Manage and mentor a team of RevOps Managers and their direct reports, fostering professional growth, technical rigor, and timely execution.Implement system and process changes with clear change management plans, including training and documentation to prevent business disruption.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, setting realistic timelines and managing high-demand requests.Identify and operationalize AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and drive operational efficiencies across the GTM organization.Partner with Finance to ensure all Quote-to-Cash processes comply with fiscal policies, revenue recognition standards, and margin protections.Define technical requirements for reporting and collaborate with Data/Analytics teams to meet strict execution timelines.Requirements10+ years in Revenue Operations, Systems Architecture, or GTM Strategy, including at least 4 years managing other managers.Proven experience rebuilding a GTM tech stack from the ground up; Salesforce ecosystem expertise is mandatory.Track record of executing large-scale organizational or technical changes without disrupting sales performance.Strong understanding of sales processes, financial reconciliation, and SaaS unit economics.Ability to manage a complex roadmap, prioritize high-ROI projects, and make tough trade-off decisions.Forward-thinking approach to integrating AI and automation into modern revenue operations.Our Total Rewards PhilosophyOur Total Rewards Philosophy centers around three core areas to reward and care for our People:Rewarding Impact: We lead with competitive pay to reward the impact, skills and traits that fuel our success.Fostering Holistic Wellbeing: We care deeply about and invest in the whole person with programs that support our people’s physical, mental,
