We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast‑paced, growing organization in the renewable energy sector. This role is based in downtown Calgary and offers a hybrid work model .

What You’ll Do

Process vendor invoices across multiple entities with accuracy and efficiency

Enter and route bills for approval to teams across various locations

Verify invoices against purchase orders

Prepare, print, and distribute cheques

Upload company credit card transactions into the accounting system

Handle vendor inquiries and support internal staff regarding payments

Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests

Maintain organized digital and physical AP filing systems

Support journal entry preparation, including intercompany transactions

Maintain and update vendor and system records

Contribute to ongoing process documentation and improvements

Jump in to support the broader accounting team as needed

Requirements

Accounting degree or diploma preferred

2+ years of recent accounting or AP experience





Experience working in a multi‑entity or complex environment is required

Advanced Excel skills and accurate data entry abilities

Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player

Salary: CA$60,000.00 – CA$65,000.00
