In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing test automation frameworks and developing quality metrics that reflect product health. As an architect of testing strategies, your leadership will impact mobile testing, security validation, and DevOps integration, ultimately benefiting the entire engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect self-service testing platforms for developer use
• Implement AI-assisted automation techniques in testing
• Define testing standards and best practices organization-wide




• Spearhead compliance validation initiatives
• Establish performance benchmarks and testing SOPs

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of quality engineering experience
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and various testing libraries
• Understanding of AI tools for QA automation
• Experience with CI/CD integrations and GCP
• Excellent mentorship and coaching abilities
