Key Responsibilities
Onboard clients and provide exceptional onboarding experiences, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
Collaborate with internal ADP associates and various client‑facing groups to ensure prospective client details are accurate, timely, and complete.
Handle multiple time‑sensitive onboarding tasks and queries, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams.
Adhere to a daily schedule, organizing yourself to address a high volume of KYC‑related tasks, queries, and calls.
Requirements
Experience in client onboarding/periodic reviews.
Articulate with an attention to detail.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.
