Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Warehouse Helper to join our energetic logistics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse distribution activities, supporting order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. Your proactive attitude and mechanical aptitude will help maintain efficient workflows, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a quick-paced environment while supporting essential supply chain functions.

Duties
Assist with loading and unloading shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment
Support order picking and packing processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Conduct shipping and receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance on heavy machinery
Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock,



preparing pallets, and managing storage areas
Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, construction-related tasks, and when operating heavy equipment

Skills
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment in a warehouse setting
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking processes
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order accuracy
