1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role

Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)

Solid communication,

Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software

Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers

Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status
