We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory processes, and ensure smooth coordination across various departments. Duties
Supervise warehouse distribution activities, including order picking, packaging, and shipping processes
Manage inventory accuracy, ordering materials
Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment
Coordinate deliveries, verify delivery slips & ensure correct material is delivered
Oversee forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks while maintaining strict safety standards
Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste or delays
Ensure compliance with safety regulations,
warehouse management system protocols, and quality standards
Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory management; experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skilled in data analysis and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for operational enhancements
Robust time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Experience in the interior door & trim industry would be preferred
Basic carpentry skills including using woodworking tools
