Refractories is currently seeking a Warehouse Helper I for our West Edmonton facility. Accurately ship and receive materials. ~ Store received materials in proper locations. ~ Loading and unloading trucks. ~ Report quality variances. ~ Support inventory control with accurate documentation. ~ Confirm inventory transactions are complete. ~ Perform routine inspections on forklifts. ~ Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations. ~ Participate in clean-up of yard and facility. ~ Operate lifting devices (i.e. forklifts, hoists, elevating platforms, lift beams and swivel hooks). ~ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse/shipping setting. ~ Previous forklift experience and valid forklift certification required. ~ High school diploma. ~ Availability to work weekends and overtime is a mandatory requirement for this position.
