About the Role

TTS is hiring Loaders for our quick-paced, high-volume fulfillment/logistics warehouse in South Scarborough. This role involves repetitive heavy lifting and working with handheld scanning equipment to keep orders moving efficiently.

What You'll Do
Perform repetitive heavy lifting — approximately 1,100–1,500 pieces daily, ranging from 10–55 lbs each
Use mobile apps, smartphones, handheld devices, and scanning equipment to process orders
Meet productivity and accuracy targets to qualify for performance bonuses
Keep pace in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

What We're Looking For
Experience in a quick-paced technology, e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or high-volume warehouse environment
Comfortable using mobile apps, smartphones,



handheld devices, and scanning equipment
Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift
No forklift or equipment license required

Compensation
Base pay: $17.60/hr
First 8 weeks: bonuses bring pay up to $25.00/hr
After 8 weeks: performance bonus available based on meeting productivity and accuracy targets
Experienced, high-performing Loaders have reached effective earnings of approximately $28–$33/hr including incentives
Note: higher earning ranges are performance-based and not guaranteed — incentives are earned only after meeting established productivity and accuracy targets, and are not based on length of service
