We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Calgary. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse setting supporting inbound, outbound, and fulfillment operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving shipments, unloading containers, operating warehouse equipment, preparing customer orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. Forklift experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments and ocean containers
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain accurate inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
Wrap pallets and prepare freight for shipping
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift certification or experience is an asset
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) repeatedly
Basic computer skills and experience with WMS or RF scanners are an asset
Robust attention to detail and good organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Legally authorized to work in Canada
