Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities
Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring transparent communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service




Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving, upselling, and cash handling to maximize guest satisfaction and sales
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required
