Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and food preparation areas
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Manage guest inquiries professionally, ensuring excellent guest services and resolving any concerns promptly
Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate order entry, check splitting, and cash handling
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles that involve serving guests or managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously is advantageous
