Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartenderto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/bartender, you will be responsible for all duties of serving and crafting cocktails, serving beverages, serving food and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Your ability to engage with customers and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
efficiently greet, seat, take orders, input order, delivery food, and finalize customer experience
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.




Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Experience
Previous experience in bartending or food service is mandatory; we value a willingness to learn.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided for those unfamiliar.
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is beneficial.
Ability to thrive in a busy restaurant or bar workplace while maintaining professionalism.
