Requirements

Must have:
We require a DEP, AEC, or certificate credential.
We require at least 1 year of experience in IT.
We are seeking someone with hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity and access administration.
Experience with Windows workstation deployment, configuration, and updates is required.
Practical knowledge of SonicWall and UniFi router administration, including networking, security, updates, and troubleshooting, is expected.
Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and basic network issues is needed.

Responsibilities:
We support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity and access services, including user, group, access, authentication, and security policy management.
We provide technical assistance to users on site and remotely by phone across the Outaouais, Montreal, and Ottawa areas.
We diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, and basic network connectivity.
We install, configure, and update Windows workstations and IT peripherals.
We manage, maintain,



and troubleshoot SonicWall and UniFi routers, including network settings, security, and updates.
We deploy standard organizational software such as Microsoft 365, antivirus tools, and printers.
We participate in the rollout and replacement of IT equipment.
We perform basic network checks such as connectivity, IP configuration, Wi‑Fi access, and network printer access.
We document technical interventions and keep internal procedures up to date.
We contribute to preventive maintenance activities to help ensure the performance and reliability of IT equipment.

Company:

We offer a hybrid remote position based in Gatineau, Quebec.
