Job Overview The SPEEDWASH SITE MANAGER COLWOOD is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations at our car wash location in Colwood. Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the car wash site to ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
Monitor the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and safe for customers and staff.
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow to optimize efficiency during shifts.
Uphold company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and guest satisfaction.




Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Training staff on our products and services.
Previous experience in a carwash setting is an asset.
Basic mechanical/technical experience.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience
Prior experience managing a carwash is highly desirable.
Experience with point-of-sale systems, and other payment/promotion systems preferred.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and staff.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous management experience in a retail or service setting.

This position is integral to delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency at our Colwood location. We seek dedicated individuals who are passionate about service excellence and team leadership to join our team. Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
