We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Silverware POS.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.




Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience, with a strong background in food / service industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Robust time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
