Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS when applicable
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues efficiently

Qualifications




Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and robust communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment, demonstrating good time management skills
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols essential for maintaining health standards
Basic math skills for order accuracy, cash handling, and billing procedures
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
A genuine passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating welcoming atmospheres
