Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Robust guest service skills to provide a positive dining experience
Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Familiarity with sanitation regulations to maintain cleanliness standards
Cashiering experience is a plus
Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
