Overview

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a lively setting where your skills in serving, food safety, and cash handling will be valued.

Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service
Prepare and pour drinks responsibly as a bartender, adhering to all alcohol service regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, bar stations, and service equipment
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills




Engage with guests professionally to create a positive dining experience
Follow all restaurant policies related to food industry standards and hospitality best practices

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is Required !
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and change calculation
Experience in serving or bartending roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
