Construction Safety Officer (Lower Mainland)
We are expanding our safety team and actively hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSO/NCSO) to support multiple ongoing residential, commercial, and civil projects across the Lower Mainland. If you’re a safety-driven professional who thrives in office and is committed to maintaining high safety standards, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce site safety programs and protocols

Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks

Support incident investigations and documentation

Communicate effectively with site supervisors, trades, and project teams

Ensure full compliance with WorksafeBC and site‑specific safety requirements

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of CSO/NCSO experience

Valid CSO or NCSO certification

Occupational First Aid (Intermediate with Transportation Endorsement or Advanced First Aid) preferred

Reliable transportation to job sites





Strong communication skills and a professional, safety‑first attitude

Ability to assist with general site duties when required

Weekly pay by direct deposit + emailed pay stubs

Performance-based raises at the 11th and 61st shift
