We're looking for a passionate and experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of new initiatives in real estate tech, leveraging emerging technologies.

Requirements

CS/SE degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in web development (REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, queues, AuthZ, etc.)





Familiar with *nix environments, source control.

Mindful of privacy, security, and other non‑functional requirements.

Autonomous, pragmatic and versatile.

Willing to work in hybrid mode (Montréal).

What we look for

Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React.

Experience with LLM APIs and RAG techniques.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform.

Experience setting up DevOps tools.

Team tools you’ll be working with
Google Workspace, GitHub & CoPilot, Slack, Asana, Notion, Figma, Excalidraw.
