Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team at BRIGHTER STAFFING AGENCY. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and showcase your expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and repair brick, stone, and concrete structures

Layout patterns and foundations according to blueprints and specifications

Mix and apply mortar or grout to ensure proper adhesion of materials

Use hand and power tools to cut and shape materials

Install and repair chimneys, fireplaces, patios, and other structures

Ensure safety standards are always followed

Keep work area clean and organized

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget





Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mason

Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Excellent time management and organization skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills
