As a Production Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery, reducing production bottlenecks, and enhancing overall planning effectiveness.
Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Leading the development and execution of detailed, productive production schedules
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align schedules with material availability and capacity
Accurately predicting delivery dates to ensure on-time fulfilment and improve customer satisfaction
Proactively identifying and preventing potential delays in the production process
Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet shifting priorities
Communicating scheduling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the production schedule
Effective communication and collaboration abilities across departments
Preferred Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
APICS/CPIM certification is an asset
Proficiency with advanced planning tools and Microsoft Excel




Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume or high-volume manufacturing environment
Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000
